With kickboxng you don't have to worry about one muscle group getting worked more than another. In 60 minutes of training you work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, abs, glutes, quads, and calves. One class and you've done it all!

Weak core muscles lead to fatigue, injury and poor posture. Strengthening these muscles will help you be a better athlete, maintain weight loss, and muscle endurance. Kickboxing requires balance that stimulates this core response and aids in building core muscles.

        BOOST ENERGY

 

 As you consistently kickbox with our qualified trainers your body will begin to increase oxygenation, improve circulation and boost your nutrient distribution so it can be absorbed into vital body tissues. Exercise also improves cholesterol. Physical activity raises your HDL (good cholesterol) and lowers your LDL (bad cholesterol). The more you kickbox with us the lower the bad cholesterol drops giving you sustainable energy throughout the day.

While we take health and fitness seriously, we also make it fun.  One of the main reasons people do not stick to a fitness program is boredom.  We regularly have challenges, DJ/Theme Nights and games with prize giveaways.  We may even get together in support of a local community event.
