Our classic approach to a full body workout is kickboxing a minimum of four times a week in a group training session. These classes are 60 minutes of HIIT training designed to be FUN, ENGAGING, and ACTIVATE fat burning to last the entire day.  

Each class is designed to give you an old school 4-phased kickboxing experience. 

  • Phase 1: Generate heat in your muscles

  • Phase 2: Activate training & muscle memory

  • Phase 3: Bag Rounds (this is where the real work happens)

  • Phase 4: Cool down and stretches
