Challenge 1: Welcome to this journey of motherhood! Part of being a good mom to our kids is taking care of ourselves. Our first challenge is simple. You will need 5 minutes and a comfortable place to sit. We are going to take these 5 minutes to become aware of our breathing. Put 1 hand on your heart and 1 hand on your stomach. Breathe in through nose and out through your mouth. Simply be. Feel the air fill your lungs and take up space.
