Challenge 7: Pick up that beautiful baby and tell him or her some of what you hope for it in life. For example, “baby boy I hope you grow to be kind.” After you say each statement to the baby use it as your own affirmation. “I am kind.” You get to guide this baby through your behavior and you are worthy of all of the good things you hope for your baby!
